No (They have not fallen and their movements are stable)

If your elderly family members have not fallen and their movements are stable, it's OK for the time being.

However, there are cases in which your elderly family members fall even though they have sufficient physical strength.

"Inadvertent accident" is the best example. It is not uncommon for people to have a broken bone in that one fall, and then their physical strength has declined (as a result, it has become difficult for them to continue living at home and have been admitted to a facility).
